Settings → Subscription (or the Upgrade Now button in the top bar) opens your SmilePass plan. Toggle Monthly / Yearly (save 25%) to compare billing cycles. Four tiers, each with its own per-transaction fee structure.
Free — $0 forever
Transaction fees: Membership 6.56% · Other Payments 2.5%
For: Small clinics exploring basic payment options and memberships.
Main benefits:

Pro — $75 per practice / month (Most Popular)
Transaction fees: Membership 5.94% · Other Payments 1.8%
For: Practices whose programs are scaling and need advanced tools and insights.

Enterprise — Custom
Transaction fees: Most competitive fees — designed per agreement
For: Large networks needing full customisation and unlimited scalability.

How to choose
A practical rule of thumb:
- Under 50 members? Free tier is enough to validate the model.
- 50 to 200 members or running a referral program? Growth pays for itself in the lower transaction fees alone.
- 200+ members or want priority support and dedicated onboarding? Pro.
- Multi-clinic network with branding requirements? Enterprise.
Switching tiers is immediate — click SELECT on the tier you want. Yearly billing gives you a 25% discount and is the right call if you're committed to using SmilePass for the next 12 months.
What you pay for
Two things go on your credit card:
- The subscription fee (Growth/Pro/Enterprise — Free is genuinely free)
- A small percentage of every transaction SmilePass processes for you
Both show up in your Billing & Payouts Payment History.
